Rishi Sunak is borrowing money to bailout the energy companies

A lot of people on Twitter in April stated that they wouldn’t be paying their electricity and gas bills as they simply couldn’t afford to, due to the 54% price increases. Well, in October, prices will increase by a further 60% and that means millions in UK will simply not be able to afford to pay for energy. Rishi Sunak has pledged to pay £400 to energy companies for every household in UK and this can now be seen for what it is… a bailout of UK energy companies. The UK Government is effectively bankrupt, so the £400 per household will have to be borrowed and thrown onto the National Debt which is now at record levels due to Sunak’s economic policies. Meanwhile, the British Government have no plans to alter their disasterous energy policy.
