I watched the interview on Newsnight when Mick Lynch, RMT Union boss, called Chris Philp, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, a liar, fifteen times. Chris Philp was making a point that he, and his Government do not agree with RMT members withdrawing their labour to achieve their ends. Just a few weeks later, Chris Philp resigned from the Johnson Government, effectively withdrawing his labour to achieve Boris Johnson’s removal as Prime Minister. Sauce for the Goose?
